Hessa Ali Al Qubaisi
Attorney
– Emirati national, holds a law degree and a legal license from Abu Dhabi, with postgraduate legal studies. Her office is among the largest in the UAE in company formation, investment disputes, international arbitration, and real estate litigation locally and abroad.
Dr. Mohamed Ellaboudi
Studied law in Egypt, obtained his Master’s degree from the University of Münster (Germany) in foreign investment protection in Egypt, and a PhD from the University of Erlangen in international commercial arbitration. He is an international arbitrator, a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, Arab Lawyers Union, Stuttgart Bar, and the German-Arab Legal Association.
